Legal Consequence of Accepting (PDC-Post dated Cheque )

 what is the Legal Consequence faced by the Finance company ( lenders of loan) of Accepting PDC (Post dated Cheque ) from Third party (ie -other than customer & borrower) which is present for payment on behalf the customer.

If such cheque is bounced, company cannot prove the debt as legally enforceable against such account-holder.
