I am Saravana. Myself and one of my friend planned to start the new business (BAR) In chennai.
Please clarify us in what kind procedure related to legal we need to follow. If there is any special legal procedure for this kind of business?

respected querist,
if you mean drunkers hub by bar then you have to follow your states excise act, all legal procedure regarding opening up a bar and terms and conditions for opening bar ,liabilities,tax payment ,you will all get it on that act of your state.
