My relative Rahul and his friend used to live in the Hostel in Chandigarh. Due to a pandemic, they returned to their respective homes. After few days, Rahul's father went to his son's hostel to bring his luggage. Meanwhile, Shyam also requested him to bring his too. While returning Police checked the vehicle & found drugs in the bag. And that bag belongs to Shyam. Is there any legal remedy to Rahul's father? As there is no concrete evidence to prove that the bag belongs to Shyam.
