i bought a Samsung Tab(12th Aug 2014 ), after a few days(26th Aug 2014) i got a problem like the display was not working properly(Some times it was working good, means not completely blank) and then i have registered a complaint against this and submitted the device to the Service Center after 4 days i got a call from the service center saying like the display has been broken for this you'll be charged 7000Rs
My product is clearly under Warranty, may i proceed further with this legally ?, what are the required Docs?
Please help me with this
