I am working in a textile company (LIMITED COMPANY) at Surat, Gujarat.
The Company does not allow any leave except 3 days in Diwali.
For all the other festivals/holidays company mandatorily make us present at sunday. In short no leave.
Comapny cut each day salary if not present.
I want to know is it legal to do so?
Under which law my company falls?
Howmany leave i.e. CL, PL & medical leave I would get as per law?
