Hi,
Pls help me in formulating the leave encashment policy for Earned leave (15) in a year.we currently dont have any encashment plan on sick leave.
Presently, we have carry forward EL in next year max 5,and max accumulation of EL to 10.Rest lapse.
So pls some correct encashment rule for our IT/ITeS organization. mail me : kavya220409@gmail.com

IT/ITeS companies are covered by Shops and Commercial Establishments Act.
The leave policy should not be inferior to the provisions of this Act.
It can be superior to the provisions of this Act.
Your leave policy does not seem to be in line with this Act.
