Leave and licence

I have a flat in Mumbai. I want to give it on Leave and Licence 1. Can I give it to a Bachelor or student? 2. Do I have to get NOC from the society? 3. What If the society refuses to give NOC?

You have to take permission from the Society before you give the flat on LL. Some Societies do not permit bachelors or students as licensees.
