IF I WANT TO DO POLICE VERIFICATION OF TENANT THEN REGISTERED AGREEMENT IS MANDATORY??

In Mumbai it is always advisable to Register the Leave and License Agreement and it is very important to conduct police verification If not done you can be held liable
