I HAVE ENTERED LEAVE & LICENCE AGREEMENT ENDING ON 26 TH MARCH 2015. AS I AM GOING ABROD FOR JOB FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR AT THE END OF THE PERIOD PERSONALLY I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. CAN I MAKE AN AGREEMENT IN JULY 2014 FOR THE NEXT YEAR?

You can give a Special Power of Attorney to your relative, permitting him to sign the Leave & License agreement on your behalf, in your absence.
