Leased accommodation to bank

Dear friends,

I have my flat which does not have Occupancy Certificate. I am presently not paying any Municipal tax as no assessment has been done for my premises. Recently, a Bank Officer has approached me with a request for taking it on rent for himself under Bank's Leased Accommodation Scheme for 3 years.  Knowing that there is no Occupancy Certificate for my premises he has only taken copy of Sale Deed and my PAN & EPIC.  Though there is no Occupancy Certificate of my premises can a Bank take my premises (without O.C.) on rent for its officers under its Leased Accommodation Scheme?

Kindly reply at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

For confirming the same you can ask that office for the copy of Bank's Leased Accomodation Scheme, if there is any standard restriction for premises which are not having OC. Since that agreement will be with the bank, you can also verify the authority of the person executing the lease with you.

Thanks.
