Lease property division in kolkata/ west bengal

I would like to know Government lease property Division laws between the coshareholders. Exp. A& B has got a leased property/ land from the government of West Bengal for 90 years that's about to expire in 2042. Now due some differences between the partners one partner wants to get the property/ hut divided on equal share basis as documented. But the other partner denied the Division and occupied one corner room and forcing the other partner to get share of half from back side which is detrimental to the justice? What is the remedy fr the partner who fears injury and loss ?

You can file a suit for partition to divide the property as per your personal law

File a suit for partition through a local prudent lawyer.

What is under lease? Land or the property? What are the terms of the lease?

Is the property divisible?
