Dear all, GOOD DAY to u all,
I wish to give my open plot on lease to a person but how to give it to him on lease for a period of 10 years legally so that he has to vacate it after the period of lease and he will not claim it as his own?

Yes you can lease it for a period of 10 years but must be execute registered lease deed in the office of the sub registrar and pay proper registration fee and you mentioned the condition that whenever you require the land for your personal use the tenant have to vacate the land on the prior (3) or (2) months written notice
