Can any one help me to solve this issue / query.
One of my client have a huge property beside the forest land belongs to government of tamilnadu, but there is no way to enter into the said clients property. we have to use the forest land to enter into the said property. So our client is willing to get the lease / hire / purchase the said forest area.
The said small extent of forest land was not used by government too. its just vacant (no plantation).
Here i would like to know the proceedures to get the lease / hire / purchase the said forest area.
If there is any provision according to Tamilnadu Forest Act, Estate Act, Land Acquistion Act Etc.
Please advice.
