lease deed vs rent control

I from haryana want to give my building for lease for 5 years .does after getting deed registered at the end of 5 years will i get my property back

Any deed relating to immovable property exceeding 11 months is compulsuryly registrable. Hence for letting house for 5 years lease you must register the agrement.The agreement should contain proper determination/expiry clauses, so as to avoid future litigation regarding vacating the house after lapse of lease period.

You will not get back the building on expiration of lease.  You can get only as per Rent COntrol Act.
