Hello
I have taken a house on lease in Bangalore for 3 years, with a clause that any party can call off the agreement within 3 years(Notice Period 2 months) , now I want to move on , I informed him 2 months before but he is just procrastinating , what are my options here , Please help.

He is procrastinating saying that he dont have money right now , he will arrange soon , he is telling this from last 3 months
