Under the Indian Stamp Act and Registration Act. what happens if a lease agreement for 3 years is signed... but no stamp duty paid and it is not registered? what is the implication and can it be done late? both stamping and registration? if yes, how?

subsequently u can apply for the registration of the lease agreement but both will have to be present before the registrar.
