Ld. Adv. in Family Court (Delhi) ?

Que.1 :  As per Family Court Act councels are not allowed to plead inside the Family Court ?
Que. 2: What is the procedure for a litigant to allow his / her councel to plead inside Family Court?
Que. 3 : If Family Court setup under Family Court Act has not appointed amis curie than can party(s) councel plead a case?

The litigant has to file an application before the Court seeking permission  to engage a counsel for effectively conducting the case.  Usually the said applications are allowed.  Once the application is allowed the lawyer of his/her choice will enter appearance and conduct the case.
