My suggestion cum request is based on lawyers fees or payment's which they charges from their clients.
Sir please considered the following points with respect to the same:
1. The lawyer's must provide payment receipt to their clients. If the same will be provided it will also help to curb black money.
2. Further, The receipt provided by lawyer should mention his/her 'PAN' No., if the lawyer fees exceeds Rupee's 50,000/- then The client should also provide his/her PAN no.
3. There should be some rules or guidelines regarding fees of lawyers as mostly economically weaker peoples unable to get lawyers due to their high Fee's.
