Lawyer threaten to sue for email consultation

I was searching for a Lawyer online; and i found a email asking him, if he can handle my case.

he asked me to send case details and other documents.

After going through he told what to do. there was no talk about any money for consultation.

and he quoted his FEEs; it was too high.

for that i said i have other lawyer who is charging less.

he got angry and threaten me and asking me money for email consultation.

can i take action against him or can he sue me for the money ?

A big No . Dont bother about it and there is n point for you to take action as you would spend money on litigation
