Can U mention UR query in detail

Somnath Gangopadhyay (Legal Practitioner)     16 August 2015

From the query it appears that order was passed by Magistrate in a case punishment whereof is not more than 7 years. If the order is interlocutory in nature, i.e. not having the effect of finally disposing of the case, then revision has to be filed before the District Judge within 90 days from date of the order excluding the period taken for obtaining certified copy. If the order is final in nature, then appeal lies before the District Judge within 30 days from the date of order excluding the period taken for obtaining certified copy.

Different cases have different limitation, specify your problem.
