According to Roscoe Pound thesis "The task of law is social Engineering" and this Social enginering assumed great importnce in the field of Social welfare, where the task of Lawyers assumed as Social Engineer.But in the field of Social Engineering the lawyers must equiped with the various social welfare schemes, but these schemes are not known to the lawyers and are handicapped to assumed the task of Social Engineer. I am aware that there are various welfare schemes which never reaches the people for whom such welfare schemes are introduced by the Government of India, and this is reflected in the Article contributed by Judge R.K.Abichandani of Gujarat High Court. The issue is where can we find the various Social welfare Schemes introduced by the Government of India. Not to speak of Social welfare Schemes, there are many villages in Nagaland who are not even aware of the public disatributions systems through civil supplies department. Under the circumstances, it will be great if some of the members of this forum initiate in contributing the various central schemes in the forum so that we can act as social engineer for the people. Our member Jyoti, is contributing many files in various fields and likewise if some members of this forum start contributing the various Central social welfare schemes it will be a great help not only to this forum but for the entire Country.
