Is a law firm required to be registered at all ?
Can a lawyer carry a solo practice under a name and style like a proprietorship firm with a logo/trademark/servicemark ?
Is it possible for a law firm to be registered as a small scale enterprise under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 and enjoy the benefits as a sce under the said Act.
