Landslide due to Highway construction work

I have lost all my cultivation land and my house is also in danger due to landslide caused by the construction work of National Highway. Please help with details steps.

Quick Summary
A homeowner's land and house are at risk due to a landslide caused by national highway construction. Advice suggests the state is obligated to compensate, but substantial evidence, ideally from an expert, is crucial. Initial steps involve formally representing the claim to the government, with civil action as a potential recourse if that fails. The discussion also touches on securing adequate funds to cover the full extent of property damage.

The State is bound to compensate you. However, you should have substantial evidence, based on expert opinion to support you claim. First of all you may represent to the Government. If not successful.you have option to initiate a civil action.
