Sir,
After the Distt Court Passes Orders under rule6order12 of CPC in a suit for eviction and
recovery of rent arrears. Do the Plaintiff have to file a fresh case for execution of the decree and
how time it normally takes. If the case is decieded through Meditation Centre, do the Defandant
has the right open to go in appeal against decree

Thanks for replying, what is the legal position, if the Tanent does not vaccate the Property even
after Passing of Judgement Order
