Sub: Land lord not collecting rent from last 10 years in Pagadi system (residential property in Mumbai)
Need advice from all of you.(we live there from last 70 years)
My self Deepak from Mumbai, from last 10 years our land lord is not collecting rent because of his own family issues, never came to collect rent from any of residence from buliding.
we tried giving rent to him so many times but he is not interested, they have family case against them by X owner. My father is old now and can not fight against him, also i want some legal proof that we are ready to pay pending dues.
FRIENDS I WANT TO UNDERSTAND.......
- "WHAT IF I SUBMIT RENT TO COURT "?????.
- WHAT IF I SEND CHEQUE THROUGH COURIER TO MY LAND LORD AND KEEP RECEIPT OF THE SAME.???
- WHAT IF I SEND HIM LEGAL NOTICE FOR NOT COLLECTING RENT???
Friends please suggest me something on above case, i dont want my father to take tension of this issue.we are residance from last 70 years,
