Land use conversion

Hi,

I want to ask that How to convert  land use from non agriculture land (currently registered in u/s 143 act of UPZA &LR ) to industrial land.

currently i am running my rice mill factory on land which is registered under section 143 (residential)

Please guide me

you can go your city development authority for that....like DElhi Vikas Board, Jaipur develoment authority. delhi nagar nigam
