Land types

In Property Card, in Gujarat State, they mention type of property as A, B, C. Can you please let me know these acronyms stand for? What does it mean by B and C

It may be fertile  land ,dry land  ,irrigated land ,wet land,garden  to assess revenue , clarify  through concerned authorities.
