Land sold by two of my uncle of a comment ancestry land

Dear Sir, I am from Odisha. My father's are 4 brothers and two of them sold some part of the ancestral land without consent to my father and me. Registration is completed for the land before 2 months. Can I claim for the property. Waiting for your reply. Regards Pradyumna

My Sister Husband Book 3BHK Row House in 2012 at Aurangabad & he gave 5.5 lakh rs to builder by cash. afer 5 month he pass away .
so my sister is not capable to purchase this Row house .
we request to builder many time about 5.5 lakh refund but he say when new customer purchase this row house then I will give your money.
sister having only cash receipt of 5 lakh.
what can we do??
please help us.
