Land sale

Hi, This is ravi,i have a question regarding land sale.We have agricultural land on my brother's name,he had died few months back with Jandies.as we have some debt outside we decided to sell that property.we have registered documents,pass books on my brother's name so if we want to sale that property,can my brother's wife do the registration?please advice..

Firstly you have to probate the property in The name of ur bothers wife.
