my father bought land from seller 15years ago and my father has agreement on stamp papers on which seller made signature that represents he sold his land to my father. we want to get registration for this land now but seller is not available now. and my father has
been paying land tax for 15years also. please let us know how to get registration of this land if seller is not available.
