Land record showing as ds pending list

Hi All,

This query is regarding agriculture land in telengana registered on my mother name  in dharani portal but the problem here I don't have passbook for the same.

When I checked with meeseva and MRO office since need to update aadhar and mobile number as well as duplicate land passbook. In order to attain this service I been informed that land record is not showing in DS list and status as " pending".

Please need a clarification on this
