Dear sir/Madam,
On the 7/12 utara total Gat No- land area is 5.64, now I purchase 4.19 but other party already purchase 2.52 area as per actual area of other party is 2.16 & My land actual area is 3.48 ...... total match with gat no area 5.64, sales deed show diff areas in both parties ( 4.19 +2.52 =6.71) witch is not match with record as per my understanding/openion if I l registered my land in 7/12 of 4.19 other party area will be reduce in 1.07 & bal area will be 1.45 after that I refund his diff area ( 0.71) thought making sales deed so that can be match with 2.16 & 3.48 as per actual area, if both party agree can we do this?????? can i make sales deed for (0.71 R) area?????
