Land purchase

Can I purchase land from a man who was minor during his own . but now he is major

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the legality of purchasing land from an individual who was a minor at the time of acquisition but is now an adult. While contracts with minors are typically void from the outset, the consensus is that once the individual reaches majority, they can legally sell the land they now own. The key distinction lies in the owner's age at the time of the transaction versus their current legal capacity.
