Land property court matter

Dear Sir,

My uncle was cheated to my father for agriculture land and sold the agri land before 20 years ago without sign consent of my father , but We have came to know cheating fraud matter in recently and the agri land is possesion on third party now I wnat to take it return from third party what should basis of it ? Is ist possible to take back it from third party ?after time limit it is a pure fraud cheating case which agri land was sold by my uncle pl provide guidance

You cannot file a case against a third party, but you can file a case against your uncle for your legitimated share.

If you have documentary evidences to prove that your landed preoperty was illegally sold without your knowledge by your uncle to some third party, then you can file a suit to declare your title, and declare the sale deed as null and void and for possession 

You must mention that you became aware of this fraud very recently to avoid the limition bar.
