Contact a local advocate for filing private complaint/Police complaint about trespass and before that issue a notice and the police may take a bind over case for formality sake. There may be some other motive in his trespass and that motive is more important.

You can approach police station and file complaint of tresspassing as the person is entering your land without your permission and even when restricted by you.
