I have waste land in south tamilnadu and my grandfather and his father and we are doing cultivation from 60 yrs.
No property for the agri land.
I would ilke apply for a patta and also do check is there any legality there in my land.
please guide me what to do?
I'd like to have a fair understanding before going to the Civil advacate.
