Land parent document issues - after purchase the plot

Good Day! need Expert Advice

I had bought Plot in 2019 in Chennai. When I bought no issues with the parent documents. Everything good and legal.

Recently Plan to start the construction I came to know. the parent documents has legal issues.

Let me explain detailed here

the parent document registered with 'Unitech' Real estates. Recently the company had issues with The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) with Prevention of Money Laundering Act

ED blocked few lands which come under this Unitech company. Which is included my plots

Now I am not able to take House constructon loan. Local Registration office not alllowing for MOD

The ED take actione on April 2022. I bought and registerd the plot on Feb 2019

Please need expert advice here.

You may have to wait for the disposal of the case filed by ED against the company.

Even the high court will not entertain any writ petition in this regard

You will have to get into details of case(s) pending against the property qua title / emcumbrance(s). ED has adequate legal reasons to attach the property, find it out for proper analyses of facts and forming opinion on the subject.
