1st change Father (Bbb)registered his land to his sons
2nd change, out of many land in a layout the son registered it to xyz person (3rd party) in 2006
3rd change, xyz registered it to ABC (4TH PARTY)in 2008
Now after so many years the daughter of Bbb 1st change, is asking for share in property and not allowing us to sell or build house.
How to deal with this situation. In 2008 the value was 1 lakh, now its valueed around 50lakh.

Has she filed a suit against you to restrain you from selling the property?
If there's no restrain order by court then you can proceed ignoring her objections

She has put a case against her brother to give the share. It is a total of 100 sites of each 30*40, and all sold to some other person. She is creating issue with all people saying this is our land and case is going on against my brother. Out of 100 sites 50 people already built home and settled there and also registered case against her as she is creating issue during building house. Also there is no restrain order and no case against us from her.
Also please confirm i heard after 14years of registration no claims can be made,how is this statement valid
