We have 2 hectares agricultural land within same Khata means 1 hectare belongs to me and another 1 hectare belongs to him. My uncle is doing agriculture since 25 years in both 2 hectare. Now I have asked him to leave my land and spate your and my land boundary but he is threatening me to kill if I will put my foot on my land. He is saying that we will never give your part of land. Please tell me:
1. What case I file to separate the KHATA
2. What case I file to compensation of my land acquired by him since past 25 years.
3. What case I file so court helps me with police to get my 1 hectare land from him.
