Hi,
My father having 2 brothers ,all 3 share the property of my grand father.they don't have registration yet.My grand father share the property when he alive and wrote on the stamp papers and they have agriculture pass books. 3 years back they sold part of my fathers land and share the money,they 3 signed at the time of registration,at that time they told we share remaining land equally. now they don't come for registration of remaining land. Please provide any solution to resolve this issue. Thanks.
