Land issue

we lived once upon a time my privies village. my house and place some one occupied . right now we r not having any documents . what should I do? pls give any suggestions

Hello,

You have to visit local village office and get 7 and 12 extract and other documents of your property. From documents you will know the status of your land and accordingly you can proceed to initiate legal action against the illlegal occupant. Appoint local advocate and consult with him.

You can collect some documents from your Gram panchayat such as the annual house receipt( Ghar Patti). which can act as a preliminary proof of your residential details.
