Land issue

My Parents bought a Plot in Hyd outskirts in 1980's. After that they got busy with their lives, and the land is also not so prime at that time. My dad passed away. My mother is alone. We need to know about the land.

This land is bought from my parents savings. we are need of them.

What we want to know exactly is

1. Where is the plot located( Survey no.XXXX)

2. Sale deed done in Registrar office at that time. How to check in Registrar office?

3. How to know if is valid sale, how to get possesion of it?

4.if it is valid plot to get possesion? and we have full rights to sale or build ?

5. If it is encroached by anyone how to get it back?

Hi, 1. You locate the situation of the land with help of survey No on village map. Approach local government surveyor he will help in this matter.

2.It seems that you have lost or misplaced the Orginal sale deed. No problem. You may discuss the issue with sub registrar where the land is registered and obtain duplicate copy of sale deed.

3. Contact a lawyer he will guide you.

4. You and your mother is legal heir to the property therefore you will get the posesession.
