Land grabbing case?

I have lost 200 sq yards plot at ameenpur hyderabad, I don't approved to survey, one of the broker has identified Aprox location of plot, if we encroaching the same and fencing etc what will be the consequences on me, please advise

Land Grabbing in any of the above form, on conviction is punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months, Page 3 but which may extend to 5 years and with fine upto five thousand rupees (Section 4 & 5).
