I am kiran want clarification from senior lawyers about land grabbing
Our land residential plot was buyed in 1990 in hyderabad whic was grabbed by some other person and made fake documents we filed case agains him in land graabing court special court located in hyderabad
our case was dismmiseed after 4 years
now we want to appeal in high court my question is "IS THERE ANY NEED FOR PAYIING AGAIN COURT FEES IN HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH" WE PAID IN LAND GRABBING COURT 4 YEARS BEFOR
IF WE SHOULD PAY HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE
