Land dispute

Hi all,

   My father is third among four brothers. We have a house on the name of my grandfather at patna. Recently one of father's elder brother has secretly acquired a plot which was behind our house and which was land locked (it does not have any passage) on his daughter in law's name. So we flll cheated as he has purchased the plot at the cost of merely 3 lac while the rate there is almost 60 lacs .  Is there any way so that we can also have share on that plot.
