land dispute

50 years back my father has got favourable order from land tribunal under tenancy act but he was not transfer khatha to his name so far
In mean time my father gave this land to another person for cultivation, not for sale
Land document is still in the name of original land owner, and no legal heirs are alive

My father was passed away in 10 years back, recently I came to know this issue from somebody,

I need expert advice that

1. How can I get the tribunal order
2. Now should I transfer the property to my name(my mother also no more) based on tribunal order

You can obtain land tribunal order copy along with death certificate of land owner and the same can be submiitted in the sub-registrar/Tahsildar office for mutation.
