Quick Summary
This discussion revolves around a complex land dispute originating from a 2008 agreement to sell 4 acres of agricultural land. The original owner failed to execute the registration, leading the buyer to file a suit in 2018. Complications arose when it was discovered the owner had granted a General Power of Attorney (GPA) in 2000, which was later validated and used to sell the land to a third party in 2003. This subsequent sale was mutated in revenue records, with the first owner's name rounded off. The buyer is seeking advice on how to proceed with their case, which is currently at the 'CALL WITH IAs' stage, and whether they can win given the conflicting sale deeds and lack of traceable documentation.

1. The matter is jumbled up. Amend your Civil Court Suit Application and involve the other buyer and the Revenue dept., and seek appropriate directions and orders.  There is no other alternative.

2. Next time indulge in immovable property transaction, by using the services of a Lawyer who is experienced in Property Matters, to above jumbling up property matters.
