Ramu was granted land in 1976. Mr Ajay belonging to SC category bought grant land from Ramu who belongs to SC community in 2012. Mr Rajesh bought that land from Mr Ajay in 2022. Now Rajesh wants to apply for DC conversion of agriculture land to Non agriculture land. My question is, does the converted land attracts PTCL act? Please let me know. After conversion, is there any provision under law for Ramu ro claim his grant land back?
