dear experts
my father purchased a land from person A in 2001 it was registered on my name. but the person B who sold the piece of land to A gave written bond paper saying that he can sell this land to any body. but A didnot requested to change the name in pahani records. Atter 10 years a relative of B suppose to be the daughters son got it done on his name the property, and now he has added the name in pahani has booked the case on us saying that we have illegally taken that land. now my concern is that pahani record is so important that it if name is missing from pahani records any body can enter the name in pahani and claim the property. now what i should do to over come this situation. please advice me experts.
