LAND CLAIM BY THIRD PARTY

MY LAND WHICH I BOUGHT IS BEING CLAIMED BY THIRD PARTY SAYING THAT THE LAND HAD BEEN MORTGAGED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. WHAT SHALL I DO.

Quick Summary
If a third party is claiming your purchased land due to a previous owner's mortgage, it's crucial to act swiftly and decisively. You should consider filing a cheating case against the seller and consult a property law specialist. They can help you verify the legitimacy of your land deal and advise on securing possession, which is paramount. Gather all relevant documents, including your EC, and seek professional legal guidance before taking any action.

You file a cheating case against the seller. At the same time take all the documents to a well versed advocate in land dealings and find out whether your land dealing is fraud.

Possession is most important.  Contact a local advocate.  Follow the proverb "Even when the serpent is small smash it wish a big stick".  Do not have laxity and take precautions for taking possession first and preserve the EC obtained while purchasing the property.

You are informing "MY LAND WHICH I BOUGHT IS BEING CLAIMED BY the THIRD PARTY"

The point is merely stating shall not mean anything. How the other person is claiming, ie. based on what or which document. Has he shown and at least referred to some document?

Has he occupied your property merely stating it as his property?

You can take the help of a lawyer for legal advice and then take action according to it. without consulting a lawyer don't take any action because a lawyer handles property dispute cases, collects all the legal evidence and documents.
